As an SAP employee I have installed the SAP for Me App on my SAP iPhone from the Apple Store.
However, I cannot login to SAP for Me via the App (works fine from a standard browsers) with my SAP credentials.
After raising a ticket with SAP IT Support, I'm being advised that as the App isn't available within the SAP SW Center as an App to download it is considered by SAP IT Support to be an "External" App so not supported by them and directed towards this forum.
Can you please confirm this is the case, and also why SAP employees can't get support on SAP for Me App??
