Couldn't Find Edit Option for Published Blog Post

Our project team is looking for a way to update a published blog post. But couldn’t find the edit option (Please see screenshot). Is it possible to edit a published post? If yes, where can we find the edit option?

Same occurs to me! Why is there any help for this. I need to change the blog or if that is not possible, I need to delete it.
