Dear Community,
I'm currently setting up a project plan for a PaPM cloud implementation project. I want to apply SAP Activate Methodology. However, I'm not sure which (cloud) Roadmap could apply to this kind of projects? Could any of you please kindly share you suggestions? I have attached the screenshots for possible roadmaps currently available for "Cloud Specific Methodology" and "General / Cross Topics". Thank you in advance!
Kind regards,
Yi

Hello YI,
We have no experience with SAP Activate but looking into the info you presented it looks like it would depend on the customer requirement really. Cannot offer to suggest which one you should choose on the list of Cloud Methodologies available as already highlighted in the screenshot, it is Specific hence it can vary from one solution to another.
You should try to check this with SAP Activate if SAP PaPM Cloud is in their pipeline.
Nevertheless, there are some blogpost which you can read on through and make use of for the tips on implementation of SAP PaPM Cloud such as:

These are only a few but you can check more via help portal: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_PROFITABILITY_PERFORMANCE_MANAGEMENT_CLOUD

My opinion is it would be better to contact SAP Sales/Presales representative for this matter.
Thanks and regards,
Gene
