Size set for documents in SAP PPM - S/4 HANA

Scenario:

I have the following component installed:

EPPM - Portfolio and Project Management 1.0 para SAP S/4HANA

Are the documents that are attached in PPM stored in a specific file server? I have already analyzed the transaction OAC0, without success. There is nothing that identifies RPM or PPM or CPROJECT. How to identify the size of this repository?

Any help is welcome.

Thanks in advance

Dear Lilian,

In EPPM 1.0 you can use Knowledge Provider (KPro) for Document Management. Information are available in the Configuration Guide in Chapter "Document Management with Knowledge Provider (Portf. Mgmt)".

Detailed information can you find in the online help under:

https://help.sap.com/doc/7abf4d09728810148a4b1a83b0e91070/1610%20001/en-US/frameset.htm?4cfcc1f48d5d...

The usage of Knowledge Management (KM) for Document Management is no longer available - see SAP Note 2354985.

Hello Lilian,

The configuration of content servers for EPPM is explained in chapter "Distributed Content Server" of the Configuration Guidelines for SAP Portfolio and Project Management 1.0 for SAP S/4HANA (see note 2340108). This also mentiones which Content Repositories are used.

EPPM uses Knowledge Provider (KPro) as a document repository. For extensive documentation for the configuration of KPro you can therefore refer to the relevant entry in the online Help.

Best regards

Francesco
