SAP MRS - Color Setting on MRS planning board workitems

Hello Experts,

We are implementing SAP MRS 10.0 SP2.

We have a requirement from a client to highlight demands in MRS based upon their User Status. We've configured SAP user status. However can't see anywhere obvious for coloring demands based upon status and how it is to be done. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

Set Up Scheduler Workplace (SAP GUI) and Web-Based Planning Board / Workplace profiles / Define profiles of User Interface

Define colors per user status in activity 'Status group for Demands' : assign a user status to a status group (ex : MRSSPB / A3).

In Basic settings / Bar chart / Define graphic elements, you define the style of the bar for group MRSSPB / type A3.

Hi Pankaj

1. User interface profile 1st define colors in node "To display different colors in hotlist" then in worklist

2. Then in Create Worklist Profile>>Customer status assign abstract statuses

3. Then in Worklist Profile>>Define Color Legends for Item Worklist

Here you can select color then status (CUST_STATUS_ACTIVE_1) and value as your user status.

Thanks for the details.

The configuration steps you provided appears to colour code the lines in the item worklist, but not in the demand assignments in the gantt chart as per the diagram above.

Could you, or anyone, provide the configuration steps to colour the assignments within the gantt chart?
