ie are implementing SAP EHSM on netweaver portal, we facing a lock issue / cache issue in our QA system. The first incident opened after logon keeps opening regardless of the incident chosen on the initial entry screen. Also we are observing that the locks are not cleared in the backed ECC system even after logoff.
This issue doesn't occur in our dev system (which is a single instance), the issue is happening only in QA system (which is high availability). We are close to go-live any help in this regard would be appreciated.

this looks very much like a Object Based Navigation (OBN) issue to me. Could you please doublecheck the OBN configuration within the Portal?
Especially the system aliases need to be set correctly. For reference you can check

If you are using EHSM 3 or EHSM 4, please also check if there are relevant notes to apply. There have been quite some correction in this area: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2003016
