Hi Expert,
In EHSM 4.0 with EHP7, The Incident management application I can be started from the SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC).i can able to access the “SAP_EHSM_HSS_INCIDENT_REPORTER” and “SAP_EHSM_HSS_INCIDENT_APPROVER”
Notice that the “Services” area of the dark blue area now contains 4 options related to the broader topic of Incidents. There are 4
ways a user can enter an incident. First is a simplified activity for a casual user and the second is multi-step activity for experienced..... such us below listed activity.
Incident Simplified
Incident Report
Safety Observation
Near Miss Report
Here, I can’t able see the activity such as below mention topic.( For more information see the attaché screen shot)
Any one have faced same issue already please let me know to get short out this issue.

Please check the assigned roles. Major role is SAP_EHSM_HSS_INCIDENT_MANAGER and SAP_EHSM_HSS_INCIDENT_REPORTER.
