Error while creating a new waste code for EWC

Dear Team,

I am unable to create new Waste code for Standard Waste Catalog EWC.

In transaction : WACO02 - Waste Workbench , when I am putting 'EWC' as "WASTECOCAT" in Identifier tab, I am getting error  (as attached )

"

EWC: Data missing for the entry check, correction:

Message No. C$246

Diagnosis

The identifier you have entered is invalid. The check function has therefore corrected the identifier accordingly.

Procedure

Choose ENTER, to confirm the correction. The system adopts the corrected identifier."

I have check EWC is correct assigned to phrase set "SAP_EHS_1024_001_WASTE_CATALOG" and also environment parameter WAM_PHRSET_WACATLG is correctly referring to this,

Am I missing some basic step? please help

Follow these steps to create Waste-code.  Try to use T-code: - CG02BD and navigate to Waste Code Creation.

I have followed same step...but I am getting same error in "identifier" tab
