IW41 Too slow saving changes

Hi All:

I have the next situation with a Group of users. They run IW41 (EAM Tcode) , they Modify next fields :Work Start , Work Finish Day and Time, next they maintain value in CONFIRM TEXT and SAVE

Doing this simple operation system is taking average of 4 to 5 minutes to save the action ...which is quiet late to save.

I already checked network speed and connections and they´re ok !

Can anyone please let me know what other verifications Should I do in order to find out Why it takes so much time to save the change?

Hi,

You could have a look at transaction SM50 during the save process, it may show smoething taking a long time. Ideally you need to do a trace using transaction ST12. See note 2436955 for help with this.
