We are integrating JAVA system with MSSQL DB to FRUN. In FRUN LMDB under Data Supplier Check for DatabaseOutsideDiscovery is showing as red. How can we fix this?
Request clarification before answering.
We recommend when using Focused Run that you point data suppliers directly to LMDB. However, if you are using SLD, ensure that the SLDR is configured correctly. Regardless of the method, ensure you Prepare Outside Discovery correctly and completely.
For any type of missing data supplier, you can check our Guided Answer:
3232202 - Guided Answer for Troubleshooting for missing or outdated LMDB Data Suppliers
The most common fixes are running hostctrl\exe commands as administrator or <sid>adm user. Checking LMDB/SLD destinations (including port), making sure any LMDB/SLD user and password are correct.
Check any firewalls/network settings between the managed system/SLD/LMDB as required (recommend using telnet command)
More information, including the location of logs to troubleshoot, is available in the Guided Answer above.
