BPC NW 7.5 long times when "Maintain Dimension Membres" in Citrix XenApps

Dear all,

Is there any specific configuration to make in Citrix, BPC client, BPC .net server or network, so that when clicking on "Maintain Dimension Members" from Citrix will load quicker. Now it is taking more than one minute. On a locally installed client it opens in 10 seconds.

I have installed the BPC 7.5 NW system and also installed the BPC client on Citrix, but I am not in charge of the Citrix server itself. I need to suggest the Citix administrator any particular settings concerning BPC. All the servers are conected to the same network, same switch so the network speed should not be an issue.... I will check if the antivirus scan is enabled, it is know that is causing problems with BPC.

Waiting for more ideas on "maintaining dimension membres"...takes forever to load in Citrix..

Hi,

The slow reponse comes from the fact that Excel tries to validate 3 times some certificates related to the BPC macros.

If in IE, Advanced, Security we uncheck "Check for publisher's certificate revocation " then the reponse time is fast.
