Where to store Malaysia Tax Identification number for e-invoicing in SAP ECC without BP

Hi,

Can someone provide some insights as to where the Malaysia Tax Identification number should be stored in SAP ECC without Business partner? 

Tax category MY7 is recently introduced for this purpose but only applicable for S4. What about clients who are still on SAP ECC and not using business partner?

I believe the note 3446100 that was initially released on Apr 15th should address this.
