I draw your attention to 2 problems that I cannot clarify.
Currently managing a WCD without PTW, I run into 2 problems:
- the first concerns the blocking of functionality on the object following the change of state in BTG. When this status is set, I can no longer do anything to resolve conflicts or proceed with the printing document.
- the second concerns why in some cases, as the activities progress and by pressing TAG to print, the BTG status is automatically set.
Can you confirm that it could depend on the conflict rules set in customizing? Could I set these to prevent this state from advancing?
