WBS AUC settlement to Fixed Asset

Hi Experts,

I am trying to execute a partial settlement from AUC to Fixed Asset. I have defined the settlement rule with the Final fixed asset number and amount to settle. But somehow when I execute the CJ88, the system is ignoring the defined amount from the settlement rule and picks up all the unsettled costs till the date for settlement.

What I am doing wrong, Please can someone help me to understand?

I did it through the transaction CJIC, where I mentioned the amount which needs to be settled to Fixed asset

You need to perform an Asset Transfer from the AuC to the FA if you want to only capitalize part of the AuC. The WBS settlement rule doesn’t control this. Setting up the WBS settlement rules will transfer all of the AuC value to the FA on the settlement run.
