SUM: Error on phase MAIN_NEWBAS/PARRUN_BUSINESS_USER

Hello all,

i am currently upgrading a system from S/4HANA 1809 to 2022 (Initial shipment stack). I am currently in the downtime in the phase MAIN_NEWBAS/PARRUN_BUSINESS_USER and i get following error (output from logfile SAPup_troubleticket.log):

it seems like he can not log in with user DDIC to the system. But we can see that the login is successful for the function modules before, but aborting at the last function module. in another log file he says he can not log in as user DDIC via RFC because the name/password is incorrect.

A log in via SAP GUI with user DDIC on client 000 is successful. I also set the password on SAP side and in the SUM Utilities for user DDIC to the same one.

OS-logs (Linux) have been checked by an OS-specialist. No critical logs occured from OS side according to the specialist.

Do you have any idea what the error could be?

As seen in the error log, there is a problem with 300 client access.

Can you check the T000 table? If there is no 300 definition, can you add it and try again?
