Status DLV and CNF not set in production order after production order confirmation

Dear SAP Experts,

We confirm prod order with CO11N and reversal with CO13.

After that we confirm again with CO11N. Confirmation is success and there is material document too.

But in prod order status DLV and CNF is not set.

Why this can be happened?

What is solution for this condition?

Please help.

Pls check if all the quantity of the operation has been confirmed, and already Choose "1 automatic final confirmation" or "X Final confirmation " in the last operation confirmation .

And for the DLV Status, which means you have done the Goods receipt for the Production order, so pls check if there is movement type 101 material document (Not 261 movement type, for 261 status is "GMPS") in the system.
