Our client is on the public cloud version, they are looking for a way to set up the substitution when the approver is on leave. We don't have the approver's login details, but can we do this on behalf of the user via an admin login, please?
We understand that we can forward the approval tasks to another user one by one, but this would be really time-consuming, as the approver will be on holiday for a while. Thanks.
