Hello,
In transaction ES31, a user is attempting to open a service object using the installation key. However, instead of displaying the attachment list or allowing attachment creation, a Zdrive pop-up appears. Interestingly, this issue is not present in other systems.
Any suggestions on what it could be? Your suggestions are appreciated!
