Currently, we're facing an issue where our sales documents that are free shipping do not pass a freight line in the tax call. This only became an issue with the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee. Normally, not passing a $0.00 wouldn't have been an issue, however now our Tax Engine doesn't return the $0.27 fee because there is no shipping indicator passed in the call. When I test out adding a freight condition at $0.00 it just isn't included in the call. Can passing a freight condition at $0.00, be determined in the Sales and Distro configuration?
