Hello Everyone,

While saving the serial numbers for a delivery (VL02) and trying to do the pickng and goods issue process, i have the message below:

while analyzing the dump, in ST22: we have the message below:

The message in workspace that an error in ST22 transaction is preventing to save the serial numbers, probably for a duplicate problem at saving JSTO.

altough we checked if the serial number have been used, in iq03, it's not the case.

Could you please guess where does it come from?

Are you a consultant or an end user?

In the first case you can do the following:

Follow the instructions to perform a search in SAP notes with the criteria mentioned in your screenshot.

Use the debugger (you can ask a colleague from the development department to assist you if you do not feel comfortable with the task).

After you have gone through these two items you will know what is the cause, so if you need help fixing the problem at least you will be able to ask more specific questions.
