SAP public cloud attachments document storage default location

In s4 hana public cloud where do my attachments go by default in terms of where it is stored? Im referring to default storage location of using attachment ui service component. Does it go into btp document management service? Please explain the flow.

That's not what I'm looking for.

I believe it goes to the document service in NEO environment by default in the past? Is that still the case now? Or does it go straight to Document Management Service in BTP integration option?

NEO is sunset in 2028 what will happen then? Will all public cloud users need to migrate to BTP integration option by 2028?
