S4 HANA Event Binding Namespace

I want to create a custom Event Binding for a RAP BO event in S4 HANA 2022 OP.

When creating this binding, it is necessary to enter a namespace and business object.

In SAP help it is only mentioned that is not allowed for SAP customer, to use the sap namespace. But there is no further information, what the sap namespace in this context is.

As a customer, am I allowed to use everything except of sap.s4.beh or must my namespace start with z?

In addition I have this same question regarding naming the Business Object.

I could not find any further documentation about this.

Hi ,
For custom event binding you have to start the name with Z, same for BO , BO's are nothing but the name of the root entity where your event is and hence it will automatically be a Z, unless you are creating a custom event binding for a standard RAP BO.
