If you plan to activate additional Best Practices in the future, this should generally not affect the previously activated Best Practices. That said, it is recommended to thoroughly test any new Best Practice activation in a development or sandbox environment to confirm there are no configuration conflicts. Always validate the impact on transactional processes before rolling out any changes to production.
