Time Statement - date selection

Hello,

I have encountered a minor issue when running time statement from PT40 and PT61.

In selection screen I only want to see March.

But when running the report, it displays the time statement from 01.01.2016.

Any good ideas as to why it goes back to 01.01.2016?

I believe that it would be because Time Evaluation was performed retroactively to a Date in January 2016. 

Through t-code PT_CLSTB2, please check the employee's Time Evaluation Cluster.

What am I looking for in PT_CLSTB2 ... a specific table that indicates that it has to go back?

Do I look in period 01 or 03?

In period 03, BEZUG Time info is set to 01 2016

When was the Time Evaluation Cluster for Period 01 last created?

It was updated yesterday - 21.03.2016.

I haven't tried to look into it's ABAP code, but it seems that the Time Statement will show all months that were re-calculated retroactively in the current month, and it is logical as the values may have changed from the previous execution.
