Summarization issue Tcode KKRV - Function not available

Hi Friends,

I am trying to do summarization and get some detail reports. I defined hierarchy in KKR0. What are the other steps i need to follow to view the reports in KKBC_HOE? I ran KKRC and executed KKBC_HOE but report is not pulling any actual costs. I am trying to execute KKRV but getting Function not available error. Can someone guide what are the steps I need to follow to get the drill down?

Dear Pavan,

Did you KKRV prior to KKBC_HOE_H after definition of summarization hierarchies in KKR0? Is it displaying any errors? Also check BS42 status selection profile whether there exists any parameters that restricts the data if status selection profile is specified .

Thanks for the reply Hemanth. Sorry for not responding quicker. When I do KKRV, i am getting Function not available error message with detail saying "You are trying to use a function that is not available in SAP Simple Finance, on-premise edition.".

In terms of selection profile do I need to maintain any selection profile during KKR0? I create a Summarization Hierarchy name, then with Data scope (object types) I check boxed Prod. Orders, QM orders Prod cost coll and priority is 3. In Hierarchy level folders, i specified Controlling area-PC-Plant - Order type and Order number as levels 1-5.

After this setup i am running KKBC_HOE_H with hierarchy type "CO Summarization" , Report object Hierarchy I selected my hierarchy, selected Cumulated and execute. Nothing coming up. When I click overview button, it shows the hierarchy values like plant, order but not the values from those orders. Did I missing something.
