SBO mailer

Using the SBO mailer for internal messages are working but * emails are not*

The Event Viewer log on the server is full of these messages

u2022 where it fails to update the database with a status u2013 Event 62

u2022 the B1mail.exe program crashes u2013 Event 1000

Using B1 2007A

Steve,

Thank you so much for your suggestion to uncheck the "Include subject in message body". I have had this problem with the B1mail.exe constantly closing for a few of our clients. As soon as I unchecked this box and restarted the SBO Mailer, emails would go out through SAP without crashing.
