remaining leave and special leave

We currently have the following problem with employees on special leave for the handicapped:

- Employee has special leave for handicapped, for this 2019 still 0 days, 2020 still 5 days

- Employee has 30 days vacation for 2019 of which 3 are remaining days for this year

- Employee books 2 days vacation this year for January 2020

These will be deducted from the additional leave for handicapped persons 2020 and not from the leave account 2019. In the business configuration, the sequence for posting time accounts has been configured so that the additional leave is posted first and then the normal leave account. This is also correct, since the special leave and then the normal leave are to be posted in the same year. How can you now still configure that when postings are made in the new year and there is remaining leave in the current year, only the remaining leave is deducted and not the special leave account from the new year?
