Price update in landed cost per partial shipment

In SAP, GIT and PO are treated the same, no demarcation.So when there is price update in landed cost we need to update at PO level. SAP does not allow to edit after the first partial Shipment in a given PO. How do we update price in landed costs for all partial shipments after the first one?

Please check SAP note 653425 which explained Shipment cost calculation and shipment cost distribution principle.

To ensure the correct shipment costs as delivery costs in the PO the following would be needed:
Whenever a delivery quantity is changed, the shipment cost document and also the shipment document would
need to be recreated as the base for the transportation planning and the shipment cost calculation changed.
or otherwise it will lead to inconsistency.
