Picking Strategy base on UoM and quantity

Dear Guru,

How to set up a feature in SAP-WM picking strategy for picking quantity less than a full pallet (few cartons) from lowest rack in our whs(specific pallet/rack slot) and for picking quantity full pallet from high level rack in our whs. Normally, we do GR on pallet wise but when we do GI could be Pallet, Cartons & PCE wise. Pls advise.

On document i can read "The illustration below shows an example of this strategy using two storage types:" but i can't found the illustration.

Could you pls provide the example to give me more understanding. If any others documents that can help is most welcome.Thanks
