Mass changes to the accounting document

We need to mass change the accounting document, need to add the assignment number in the system in app Manage Supplier Line Items (App ID F0712)

Key Features include:

• Change line item attributes such as payment data, assignment, or line item text

For Mass change 

See kba 2954777 - Select All Functionality in Manage Supplier Line Items and Manage Customer Line Items App

Follow steps therein for Multiple selection of open items
Select Edit 
Enter value in change field concerned example assignment
Select Start Change Job 
A popup will appear 

"A job has been scheduled to change the selected items.

To check the job details, choose "Show Details" button.
To check at a later point in time, choose "View Mass Change Logs" button."

Select OK

View Mass Change Logs in app Manage Supplier Line Items 
Select Go

Alternatively you can edit line items one by one in app Manage Supplier Line Items.
