Hello,
While discussing the standard features embedded in Verify General Journal Entries in Public Cloud with the client, I am looking for additional information regarding below questions:
1) If the approver group includes multiple users, how the solution exactly assign / spread documents?
2) If one document has been assigned to a user who is actually off and not able to process the document, is there anything we can do to setup forward to another user in the group automatically?
3) Whenever we submit a journal entry to approver, the notification get sent to the inbox:
a) Is it possible to configure an email notification instead?
b) All notifications are flagged as "Medium", could you please explain how this flag is assigned and on what basis it relies? Configuration? Workflow itself?
