Inventory Posting List - Missing data

Running inventory posting list report and/or right click on item master > inventory posting list does not produce list even when there are postings generated. Any idea why we no longer see this??

Hi

do you have postings in 2013?

When you define the new period and the year and you run this report from item master data, you only can see the posting in the year, and you cannot see data from 2013 or before.

You have to run the report from Inventory --> reports.

Thanks I am aware of this which is why I mentioned this happens both when running the report and if you right click from item master. Yes I realize that right clock from item master zeros out at year end. I have 2013 transactions and do not see them in either the report or the right click option.

Any other thoughts?

Hi Keith,

Do you have any filters on the inventory posting list (under the expanded column)?

If yes, remove those filters and then run the report again to see if you get the same result,

No filters everything is checked
