How to Get VORNR (operation ) field in component allocation of routing

Hi All,

How to get vornr (operation) no assigend to BOM item number in component allocation tab of routing.

I check CARO_ROUTING_READ and PLMZ table also but could not find operation number

any direct FM/BAPI

Pls guide

Hi harshal.chaudhari,

There is a group of Function Modules that allows the routing processing, the ones actually used in the Engineering Workbench (EWB, transaction CEWB), including component allocation to operation.

Please have a look at the very interesting SAP Note 488765 / Do-it-yourself EWB programming.

Here an extract from the note, detailing the involved FM groups per object, CMCL in the present case:

If you do not know how a method (service function) is called, you can 
set a breakpoint in the method and then carry out the corresponding 
operation in the EWB.

Is there any standard BAPI to extract the routing and it is possible to build a Query report.
