FU not generated Purchase Order Integration with standalone SAP TM

Hi Experts!

I have been trying do an order based integration for purchase orders with standalone TM(9.6) system. TM status tab is visible but freight units are not getting generated. No XML messages are visible in srt_moni. Thanks for your support. 

Note: Material is relevant for movement.

Have you check the weight and volum of materials? 
The material is relevant to movement?
