EHS_FTAPPL_2 how to handle more than one path?

Hi everyone,
I've followed SAP Note 2983655 to fix the error message "File "/xxx/xxx/..." is not in the directory area "/yyy/yyy/..." "(EHS_FTAPPL_2)" - Message no. SG805" when trying to upload/download TR's using CG3Z/CG3Y

But if I need to use the same transactions (cg3z/cg3y) for example to upload/download different files in a different path the error comes up again, and I cannot find a way to add the new path without being forced to delete the previous one.

Is there a way to handle more than one path at the same time?

I have same issue
