We are getting Pay difference for an Employee while running the payroll for the month of August, 2012.
scenario is as follows -
EE Name : ABC
Hired on : 05.03.2012
Seperation effective Date :- 13.05.2012 (back dated separation)
Seperation entries updated as on : 01.08.2012 , effective 13.05.2012 .
Payment to Employee :
March : Full payment as per working days
April : Full Payment
May : Full Payment
June : Full Payment
July : Zero Payment (Unpaid days for a whole month)
Auguest : Full and FInal Settlement (Need to process.)
Employee Belongs to Maharashtra for Ptax calculations.
For same employee, in August Payroll, where gross amount is displaying as 13648.76 , Total deduction is displaying as 13377.02.
After calculation, the Total deduction subtracted from Gross Payment remainin amount is displaying like below mentioned calculations .
Total Gross :- 13,648.76
Total Deduction :- (-13,377.02)
---------------------------------
Net Pay :- 472.00
Calculation of Gross - Deduction should be 271.74 .
Net payment is occuring with additional Amount of 200.26 . i.e. (271.74 + 200.26 = 472)
Difference is caused because of June Months Ptax amount of 200 Rs. , which is reversing and added to Employees for adding to net pay by the system.

Please advice, In RT table , where to trace this 200 rs difference and how to resolve this ?
