Creation of SEPA-Mandates without SWIFT/BIC

Hi,

we would like to create SEPA-Mandates in SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2202 without the SWIFT/BIC-Code of the customer. But the field SWIFT/BIC is a mandatory field. Is there any possibility to configure this field? So that we can create SEPA-Mandates without SWIFT/BIC?

Hi Katrin,

The configuration for 'SWIFT/BIC is optional' is country/region specific in S/4 HANA Cloud. Currently France, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey are supported. Otherwise you have to raise a customer incident to SAP, or raise a request for new requirements.
