#COE KKS01 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud cannot saving in RF applicaiton different serial number.

Hi,

For mix Hus, after a material with serial numbers added to specific HU, another material added to same HU. At this point serial numbers for the previous material are deleted from local table.

Adding first material,

At this point we can see the serial numbers that are scanned for material "10019175"

After scanning second material and serial number

We want to check fist material at material list screen, an serial numbers are lost. We use scroll button to switch material 10019175.

Serial numbers for pervious material are deleted.

Because scroll button is used last scanned material/serial number is saved at delivery document.

Dear Sercan,

Below are the correct steps to pack multiple serial number-managed products, based on the current design of RF.

1. Scan the first product and enter the quantity;
2. Choose the package material;
3. Click F4 to pack the second product and enter the quantity. (repeat this step in case you would like to pack more products)
4. Click F3 to collect the serial number for each product, after saving and finishing the collection, click the scroll button for the next product;
5. Repeat step 4 for all serial number managed products and then click Enter to finish packing.
