Hi, the issue happen to this particular alert, the alert setup did not select the option "Save History', however, the alert received with history. The issue happen suddenly, started last Friday. I tried to update the this specific alert by tick and untick the "Save History', however, it has no help. Any idea?
Check if you are able to open both of the Service Layer url's to make sure that the Service Layer Service is running correctly.
It may be an incorrect query or specific alert causing a problem.
Deactivate all the active alerts and test with new simple test alert only and run with manager user.
Set the frequency to 1 minute and "Save History" ticked.
Close all the existing open sessions and then try again.
