I'm using the public cloud edition.

When should I use SAP for Me service requests?

When using Private Edition, I used service requests for client copy and deletion.

Is there a case to use a service request in the public edition?

If so, please tell me when to use it.

Service requests for S/4HANA Cloud, public edition typically involve cloud operation support tasks that users are unable to perform on their own. See 2563519 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition - How to create the perfect case. Common use case samples are:
