Condition 1: material " A " is inspection stock (or lot) is more than 1 then it record perfectly.(automatically get tick mark)

Condition 2: Same material "A" is inspection stock (or lot) is less than 1 then it not record perfectly, (it was save we will manual change it)

So, I am facing a problem in second condition, result record not automatically during QE72,

Dear Rohit,

please check the information in the KBA document below:
1870000 - Characteristics are not valuated automatically in QE51N or in other transactions for result recording

"...
Automatic valuation of the characteristics is not possible and they have to be valuated manually in following cases:

  1. No sampling procedures have been defined for a characteristic in the task list.
  2. A sampling procedure with manual valuation is defined for a characteristic in the task list.
  3. An inspection type 100% inspection is defined in the inspection setup of the material master.
  4. The target sample size is greater than the inspection lot quantity.

..."

I guess you might have a sampling procedure with fixed sample size, which is greater than the lot quantity. Please take a look.

Have a nice day,
Albert

How can you inspect something that you don't have at least one of?

I suspect you are inspecting something measured in either weight (kg, lb) or volume, (ml, l, gal).

In these cases most places set up plans that wind up calculating an inspection requirement of 1. I.e. 1 kg, 1 liter, etc because most shipment are larger than 1 kg or 1 gal, or 1 liter, etc. etc..

When you receive in .03 kg, (i.e. less than one), you aren't receiving in enough to satisfy the inspection requirement. So no automatic valuation can be done.

You could set up multiple inspection plans for this. I.e. a plan for 0 -1 kg and a plan for 1.001 to 99999999.

If you don't typically get large volumes of the material, consider changing your inspection plans so they calculate a more realistic inspection qty. For instance,. set the plan up in G's instead of KG's. Then you only need 1 g to inspect.
