purchase info record flagged for deletion but no new one can be created

I have created a PIR for a given article and a given vendor . I flagged the PIR to deletion ; the issue that I am facing is that when creating a new PIR with the same combination I ve got an error : info record for supplier and material already exists .

how can I create new PIR for the combination of the same article and vendor .

why do you want to create a new one instead of just deleting the existing one?

The present PIR not deleted hence system not allowing you to create a new PIR for same vendor . Better delete present PIR and create a new PIR

Could you share how can PIR be deleted ?
