Problem in HCM Process & Forms for Time Constraint 3 Infotypes

Hi

Can someone please help me to find a solution to run 'CHANGE Operation Action' for IT0022( Time constraint 3), the SEQNR is not in screen structure(HCMT_BSP_PA_CN_R0022), so when I want to change an existing records as am not/able to pass the SEQNR of IT0022 it is creating a new record through Form-Action. I want to change an existing record.
