PDF Print Preview Exposure

Hello Experts,

On the SAP Business One client its possible to preview and save a document in PDF while the document status still reads original e.g. Delivery note. However when you go to the print option and select the Adobe PDF printer the status will change to copy. This also happens when a user prints the document.

The first scenario creates an area of risk where the a user can preview, save and print multiple documents while the status still reads as original. Has anyone encountered this before ? How did you resolve it.

Which demo company ?

I am using SAP 9.2 PL08 HANA.

OEC computers and for proper update please use comment answer option rather than answer option in this way you cannot alert the guy who answered.

If you dont have demo company create it by create demo option in SAP setup or download from portal and upgrade according to your patch,

Check in demo company first if its not happening there than raise a ticket to SAP this is System issue i checked on 9.2 PL05 print status changes only after clicking print button.
