Multiple Counter Plan & Multiple Cycle set Sequence.

Dear ALL,

Wanted to have an multiple counter plan with Multiple cycle set

Cycle Set Sequence 1 - 250 HR OR 3 Months, Counter attached 1. Maintenance Item 1. Tasklist 1

Cycle Set Sequence 2 - 500 HR OR 6 Months, Counter attached 1. Maintenance Item 2. Tasklist 2

Cycle Set Sequence 3 - 1000 HR OR 12 Months, Conter attached 1. Maintenance Item 3. Tasklist 3.

Cycle Set Sequence 4 - 1500 HR OR 18 Months, Conter attached 1. Maintenance Item 4. Tasklist 4.

Cycle Set Sequence 5 - 2000 HR OR 24 Months, Conter attached 1. Maintenance Item 5. Tasklist 5.

I am getting call sequence for cycle set 1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,.......

I am expecting the call sequence as as 1,2,1,3,1,4,1,5,1,2,1,3,1,4,1,5......

Please let me now how to get above call sequence.

Hi Mani,

This may not be possible technically. as counter readings goes up.

not possible to define the sequence you are expecting with fluctuation counter readings.

take some functional decison to raise the cyclesets like....by keeping the same task list with that cycle set.

for ex -

Cycle Set Sequence 1 - 250 HR OR 3 Months, Counter attached 1. Maintenance Item 1. Tasklist 1

Cycle Set Sequence 2 - 500 HR OR 6 Months, Counter attached 1. Maintenance Item 2. Tasklist 2

Cycle Set Sequence 3 - 750 HR OR 9 Months, Counter attached 1. Maintenance Item 1. Tasklist 1

Cycle Set Sequence 4 - 1000 HR OR 12 Months, Conter attached 1. Maintenance Item 3. Tasklist 3.

Cycle Set Sequence 5 - 1250 HR OR 15 Months, Counter attached 1. Maintenance Item 1. Tasklist 1

i have given an example as 2000 we have different maintenance packages upto 5000 kamal for this i have to maintain nearly 20 cycle sets

this is a huge task as i have to maintain Equipment task list is there any oher solution for this
