MRP parameters

Hi friends,

1. Any one clarify, what sequence the system takes priority among Material master, MRP group and plant parameters in cusotmising..

2. In transaction MDBT we are maintaining input parameters viz. strategy, creation indicator,planning mode etc..

Is the sytem takes the same values for all the planning material or any other logic..

1.It takes MRP Group in the priority, if not available the goes for plant parameters...

2.Yes it takes same values...

hi,

this is searched at last after confirming all the define parameters in the Customizing....

If you don't define these values system will not be able to process MRP properly....

ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT CUST. HAS HIGHER PRIORITY OVER ALL.....
