Mile stone billing without PS module

Dear Gurus,

We have a requirement to create Milestone without PS Module. The process flow is Create Contract>Enter Milestones > W.r.t.Milestone create Proforma Invoice. Once advance payment of particular % has received then only we can create sales order for make to order process.

Now since PS is not there please advice me the configuration steps.

With the standard configuration, this is not possible since the system from SD side has to validate FI table. You need to go for an enhancement by validating BSAD table where all cleared items will be stored.
