IRM Restriction on FSV - Different behavior with Define FSV in Global Hierarchies

Hello,

I have actually two questions for which I was not able to find any input and related to same feature : Manage FSV in Global Hierarchies

1. I did not find any information regarding Migrate FSV to Global Hierarchies deprecation in R2402, is this expected and documented? Looking at the documentation, it is still visible but the feature and configuration activity seems to have disappeared in CBC
2. Also, we are facing new challenges related to business role restriction in which FSV restriction does not behave similarly when FSVs are created through Manage Financial Statement Version app (FSV visible in restriction) or Manage FSV in Global Hierarchies (FSV missing in Restriction).

Any help on that would be much appreciated.

Migrate FSV to Global Hierarchies app is not deprecated, in fact, it's needed as long as OB58 is still available. See https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/0fa84c9d9c634132b7c4abb9ffdd8f06/fc82e851ffd7471d8345ffc4.... For your 2nd question, I don't quite understand the restriction. Could you explain further?
