Incorrect Gratuity Exemption U/S 10 (PY-IN)

While payroll processing, /4e8 wagetype is showing gratuity exemption amount as 1,13,400 whereas it should be 20 Lacs.

After analyzing, I see it is taking /129 01 amount for calculation whereas it should have considered /129 03 amount. Also, in Actions PA0000 3 actions were run for August 2023. Could that be the reason for the incorrect amount,

Please help, what is the solution for it?

Calculation should have been - [4914+4914+142526= 152354]------ 152354X40X15/26= 3515862= 20,00,000 (Exemption limit)

It is showing- 4914X40X15/26= 1,13,400
