How to "generate object" infotype om?

When I change structure in infotype PA ( in pm01) There is button 'generate object'.
But, in infotype OM I can't change structure. I added field in structure. but I don't have in screen and element list.

Can you help me? How to "generate object" infotype om?

Look at transaction PPCI (PPCI is for OM and PM01 is for PA)
